Q - How are payments processed?

A - Payments are processed through Shopify and are PCI compliant by default since we are using Shopify platform.

Q - How do the products fit?

A - Sizing charts are shown at the bottom of each product so you can exactly see what size is perfect for you.

Q - When does my order get shipped out?

A - Your order is always shipped as soon as possible after the order is placed. Majority of time, it is the same day as processed, or the next business day depending on the hours.

Q - How long does shipping take?

A - Typically it is 1 to 3 business days for inside of the US, unless delays occur on the shipping companies side. International times may vary.

Q - What payment methods do you accept?

A - Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay

Q - Who do you ship with?

A - USPS and UPS

Q - Is international shipping available?

A - YES! We ship WORLDWIDE!

Q - How much is shipping?

A - Inside the United States, shipping TYPICALLY is $5-$10 depending on the weight of your order, International rates vary. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout.

Q - Do stickers come in my order?

A - YES! Stickers will always be included in your order!

Q - How often are drops?

A - There is no set timeframe between each drop, but it is always announced on the password page, homepage, and our Instagram @unjustemotions
